I love to start my morning with a nutritious breakfast, usually that includes eggs + other sources of lean protein, however when in a rush or when the groceries for some reason don’t get purchased before something runs out, smoothies are my go-to-meals. Sometimes I crave sugar first thing in the morning so I will whip up a naturally sweet smoothie like this deliciousness here. When I don’t crave sugar I will whip up a nutritious green smoothie like this one.
1 med/large mango
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
1 stevia package (next time I’ll skip this as it was a little too sweet)
1-5 ice cubes
*add some chia seeds and cinnamon to spice it up a little*
