I wanted to take a few seconds to notify you guys of some major changes headed this way. Growth is part of life and constantly happening all around us, I’ve been going through a period of self development and growth over the last five years, I know that sounds like such a long time and trust me, it’s been a very long and confusing process. I fully believe that everything happens for a reason and that we attract certain experiences into our lives. I also believe that we have the power to manifest our thoughts and fears into actual life experiences and sometimes we are our own major obstacle to continue to grow as a whole. It’s taken me a while to realize that this is exactly what has been happening to me however I am grateful and blessed that I am now able to differentiate these feelings and set a plan in motion to allow for this growth to happen in my life.
When I started this blog I was looking for a distraction from the stresses and anxiety of everything going on around us at the time. I’ve always been very creative and so I figured that this was going to be an easy task to undertake, Boy was I wrong! I quickly realized that most of the time I was forcing myself to write a blog post not because I was feeling inspired to create but because I knew that it had been way too long since my last post. My creativity is sort of my life force, what fuels me and embodies all that I am. Certain emotions trigger my need to create as an outlet, whether it’s painting an old piece of furniture or making jewelry, gardening or redecorating a room, that is how I am able to express myself and let out some of the stagnant energy build up inside of me. The blog will be shifting in a new direction because I am shifting in a new direction and it only feels natural for this to happen.
I will be starting a YouTube channel where I hope to make more of a personal connection with the little or many followers that God decides to bless me with. I genuinely feel that I am in a place where I am naturally inclined to share a bit of our journey and tidbits of life in general, including my many passions which include crafting, homeschooling, interior and event design, meditating, yoga and so much more. I’m a visual, spontaneous and experimental being, it only makes sense that writing and planning out blogs doesn’t really come natural to me. I hope that through videos and the occasional blog post I am able to create a more relaxed and personal connection. Thank you once again for your support & for sticking with us as we continue to grow and evolve into our true selves. Wishing you peace, lights and clarity, God bless.
